Prices are sky rocketing here. I’ve shopped here for three years, typically find great bargains. But lately they’ve lost their mind with the price gun. Seriously people, your inventory is free to you. I constantly find used items priced at near new retail price .. more and more. We realize u have employees and utilities to pay like any other business but a place that receives free inventory… y’all are getting nuts. We didn’t buy anything today.

This is typically a well-stocked and well-organized thrift store with something for everyone. Lines can be long, and the check out people are not always kind. I must acknowledge "Sean" who works in the electronics department. My intellectually disabled adult son has a small business repairing and renting holiday decor. Mr "Sean" is intelligent, kind, sensitive, and supportive of him in every way, and my son is good customer, making weekly purchases. Sean goes above and beyond to support my son and seems to have an awareness of how to reach out to someone who learns and communicates differently. Sean has been a gift to my son, and we come to this store because of him.

This is a review for my friend, which I took to this Pittsburgh Ohio Blvd. store. She bought a flat screen TV upon advice from staff, after she said to staff this TV is dark in visual performance. The staff insisted this was the result of the movie it was showing. My friend got the tv home and when connected and after working with tv controls, the tv appearance was DARK. Staff should keep their mouths shut about item performance and NOT LIE!

Not a huge fan of rwb in general (high prices, rude people including other customers) but when I do venture here I am always impressed by their shoe and purse collection. TONS of clothes. Not an amazing home goods selection, at least not today.

Used to love this place but ever since the new management took over it's gone way down hill. You can tell greed is taking over. Prices are now the same as retail, what's the point of going to a thrift store when you can buy new for the same price or a few dollar more. Don't forget this stuff was given to you FOR FREE and the majority of people who shop here rely on heavily reduced items to survive. Also the new stickers don't peel off and leave residue. My most recent trip I saw a used vacuum for $80 that details for $120 a $500 lamp and a TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR STATUE! This was one of the few good thrift stores left but money and greed have unfortunately taken over :(

This might seem minor.... but this is about the new register sticker system that was started (year 2023). The stickers don't peel off. They ruin the surface of the items or leave residue that will not come off at all. I buy books there, tons of them. This batch I bought, all the covers were destroyed. I won't be buying books and certain other items there anymore.

I went to this place for the first time today because I was in the area. This place is absolutely awful and a nightmare.! First of all it’s worth noting that I almost walked out without my items based on interactions their employees were having with other customers around me, very rude and as if people were bothering them or in their way. It just seemed like a bad vibe kind of place but I pressed on because I really liked the items. I double checked before the young man began scanning that yellow tickets were half off and he said yes. Here’s where it gets weird. Mistakenly I purchased a green tag because I thought it was yellow. It’s a very light colored yellowish green. I have put pictures of the yellow, the “green” tag in question plus other green tag items they had in store below to show how one could get confused. It was an honest mistake. He handed me the receipt and I said oh isn’t this a yellow tag? He replied no it’s green and I then explained that I was mistaken and did not wish to purchase that item. He rolled his eyes and yelled for another woman to come over who told me “no refunds”. Again I explained that the ticket looked yellow to me and I would never pay that much money for a used item. At this point several employees surrounded me on all sides all jumping in to say something and it was like they were trying to fight me!! All were extremely rude saying things like I was trying to get it cheaper and “dis Calvin Klein, it wouldn’t be that low” and “ it’s your fault you should have watched him scan the items.” I felt very uncomfortable and asked for a manager to which a woman behind the desk said with an attitude “I’m a supervisor and so is she.” Now I myself have worked both retail and restaurant jobs and would absolutely never speak to a customer like these people were. She called someone on the phone and spoke to them and then turned back to me and said” you can have store credit.” At this point I just wanted to leave so I said that’s fine. To which she rudely replied “to be used today only”. I wasn’t about to spend any more time in there so I said I’m just taking the jacket and leaving. To not give someone a refund who has not exited your store when they were confused by your tickets is predatory! I have heard rumors that none of the money they make even goes to veterans and I would believe that, I don’t know if anyone can confirm. There are other thrift stores in the area that I will frequent. For my people who are looking for a good thrift store, they do have some nice inventory but their prices are outrageous and not worth the bad experience. I guess the only good thing that came of this is that I now know to never go here and to tell everyone I know to avoid it too.

Now, here is a store that could care less about taking your money but are too cheap to have bags without holes in them. I spent money on jewelry, told them to be careful putting it in the bag but when I got home, hole in bag...no jewelry. This store is obnoxious. Its not a "thrift" store. It is independently owned and all money aside from employees is profit. They put more on their prices than the actual amount of the tag left on there. Employees are extremely rude, pushing you out of their way and screaming at you if you are. All the whole listening to a person on an intercom telling people to stay out of emlyees way so that they can do their job properly. At 5:15 they start screaming at customers ever five minutes that the store will be closing in 45 minutes to "get in line and make your finally purchases.. I need two hours of therapy after one hour of being in there. BEST PART...NO MIRRORS OR A PLACE TO TRY THINGS ON. NO NO NO
